FAQ, or Everything You Might Want to Know
We assume you are familiar with the concept of FAQs, but just to be sure, here we answer questions you might have without you needing to ask them first.
How does shipping work? How long do I have to wait?
We usually ship with DHL, and generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days, provided you order from or to Germany. More information is available here: Shipping
By the way, sometimes, especially during exceptional times like before Christmas or similar, DHL can be a bit slower than we’re used to. Unfortunately, there’s not much we can do about that, even though we’d love to hop in the car ourselves and deliver your package personally. In such cases, you can always use the tracking or contact us via chat, and we’ll investigate where your new treasures might be.
What if the color looks different than expected?
No problem at all – you can return it within 14 days if the shade doesn’t match.

But of course, you’re here in the FAQ because you want quick and simple answers. So here’s the short version: Just pack the items you want to return securely, affix postage, and send them back to us. As soon as we receive your return, we’ll refund your money. Simple as that.
If you need more information about how exactly to ship, the staff at your trusted post office will surely be able to help you.
How can I pay?
At the very bottom in the footer of our shop, you’ll find some icons showing which payment methods we accept. The most important ones are

You can also pay by bank transfer in advance. Please note, however, that we can only ship your order once we have received your payment.
