On weekdays, you can expect us to help you with your request within an hour. In the evenings, at night, and on weekends, it might sometimes take a little longer 😉.

Directly through the shop

Maybe you’ve already noticed, in the bottom left corner (on some devices it might be the right corner), you’ll find a chat button. You can click on it and get immediate direct contact with us.

Don’t worry, if it’s outside our active hours when we can respond directly, we still get your message and can help you!

Via Instagram

Of course, we’re also on Instagram (@bonifaktur) (who isn’t these days). That means you can also easily reach us directly through Instagram. We don’t think you’ll need it, but just in case, here’s a quick pattern 😉:
