Elegant summer top with an allover eyelet pattern – knitted seamlessly bottom-up in the round

The Barbroe Top is an elegant summer top with a delicate, allover eyelet pattern worked from a simple, repeating chart. It is knitted seamlessly bottom-up in the round, divided into front and back at the underarms and finished separately in rows from there. The neckline is neatly finished with an I-cord edge.

The top is designed with negative ease – the finished measurements are deliberately smaller than your actual chest circumference. To choose your size, refer to the table of matching body measurements in the pattern: with a chest circumference of e.g. 98 cm, choose size M to achieve the intended fit.

The top is knitted with 1 strand of Knitting for Olive Pure Silk – a summer yarn made from pure cruelty-free bourette silk with a matte, relaxed finish. The sample in the pattern is knitted in Pure Silk in the colours Putty and Lamb's Ears.
